Return and Exchange Policy

CJ3 Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

At CJ3 Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Return Eligibility 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong items, we'll gladly exchanged it (subject to product availability). If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it is issued. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CJ3 Apparel is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, contact us with: 

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
