Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
- During product launches, sales, or giveaway promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipping:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CJ3 Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, CJ3 Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we ca assist you.
International Shipping
At this time CJ3 Apparel only offers shipping within the United States.
Giveaway Items
If your order includes one of our promotional giveaways, your giveaway entry is recorded once your qualifying purchase is completed. Shipping times do not affect giveaway eligibility.
